Shipping & Delivery
Orders are usually processed and shipped within 48 hours from receipt of order, unless you choose our UK express service.
We also offer a 'collect from shop' service, which is free of charge. Please specify this option during the checkout process. Please allow 5 hours after order time before collecting goods.
Free delivery on all orders over £60 (UK mainland only)
Standard Rate - 1-3 working days: £3.95
Express Service - Next Day delivery (weekdays only) by 17.30 if ordered by 1pm (Mon-Fri): £7.50
Lightweight Items (UK mainland only)
If your package is small enough to be classed as a large letter by Royal Mail the standard rate of the shipping will be automatically reduced from £3.95 to £1.50 during the one step checkout phase.
Non UK Mainland (N. Ireland, Channel Islands, Isle of Man):
Standard Rate - 2-5 working days: £7.95
Ireland: Standard Rate - Up to 4 working days: £14.95
EU Countries: Standard Rate - Up to 7 working days: £14.95
We will charge the standard EU rate of £14.95 and before dispatching we will contact you with the revised cost of shipping for your approval.

If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.

Teaching Trends does not disclose buyers information to third parties other than when delivery details are processed as part of the order fulfillment process.
Returns & Replacements
We guarantee your satisfaction. All of our products come with a 30-day no quibble guarantee. If you are not satisfied with the goods, please return everything to us in its orginal condition for a full refund. Your rights to return goods are protected under the EU Distance Selling Directive. All goods must be returned in their original condition along with original invoice. Return shipping costs must be the customers' responsibility unless the product is defective or the wrong order has been received.
To place an order simply go to the individual productt page and click 'add to basket'. You will then have the option to either continue shopping or proceed to the one step checkout. You do not need to have a registered on-line account to make a purchase.
If you have a registered on-line account you can access your full order history by going to the 'my account' tab on the top right of the home page.

If you have a registered on-line account you have the ability to update account information including: default delivery address, newsletter subscriptions, and password details.
