Making A Purchase Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our store, and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on 'Checkout' and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order.

We accept credit card payments and PayPal payments for web orders.

When confirmation of order is received, this is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when we send you an invoice. We have included this term to protect us in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing, we have inadvertently under-priced goods, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason. In the case of a change of price, we will always contact you first to ensure that the price is acceptable.
Shipping And Handling Consignments will be sent by Royal Mail when the standard rate of shipping is selected and by a UK courier when our express service is selected.

International consignments will be sent by an international courier or Royal Mail. (Smaller items)

Lost Items:

UK Deliveries - If you do not receive your goods within 15 working days when you have selected the standard shipping rate please contact us so that we can investigate with Royal Mail. (Royal Mail Guidelines) After this 15 day period if the package is deemed lost we will either refund the transaction or re-send the items.

International Deliveries - You will be informed if your package is sent by Royal Mail before dispatching. If you do not receive the goods within 25 working days please contact us so that we can investigate with Royal Mail. After this 25 day period if the package is deemed lost we will either refund the transaction or re-send the items.

Delivery Schedule Orders are usually processed and shipped within 48 hours from receipt of order.

Standard Rate - Up to 4 working days: £3.95
Express Service - Next Day delivery if ordered by 1pm (Mon-Fri): £6.50

Non UK Mainland: (N. Ireland, Channel Islands, Isle of Man)

Standard Rate - Up to 4 working days: £7.95

Ireland:

Standard Rate - Up to 4 working days: £14.95

EU Countries:

Standard Rate - Up to 7 working days: £14.95

International Deliveries:

We will charge the standard EU rate of £14.95 and before dispatching we will contact you with the revised cost of shipping for your approval.

Free delivery on all orders over £60 (UK mainland only).
Back Orders If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.
Tax Charges For orders made from the UK or the European Union, 17.5% VAT is added. All other orders are VAT free.
Credit Card Security We do have access to your credit card number, we use a third party (Sage Pay) for all payments please refer any security issues to http://www.sagepay.com.
